Goods: Please examine you’re order as soon as possible and if there is any fault or you are unhappy with you’re product, contact us within 7 days of product arrival and please provide images.
Wallpaper: Please inspect after hanging the first drop and contacts us if there are any issues. As our wallpapers are printed my hand, it is in the nature of the product that minor imperfections may occur. In any case that a wallpaper needs to be returned, please note the replacement time will be the same as you’re original order due to a re-make. We are not liable for the actions of the wallpaper hanger.
Product details: We make sure all colours shows on our web site are true, however due to monitor and digital settings we cannot guarantee the colours you see.
Delivery: Please contact us immediately if goods have arrived damaged, and keep all documents in relation to this delivery. Photograph where possible.
Taxes: Overseas orders may incur due to duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
